These make-up capes are made to order and customized with any artwork (crown, makeup, hello kitty....) along with a name under. The front is a satin color of your choice and the back is cotton (solid or themed) and also of your choice. The capes have 3 ribbon ties in the back.
Rhinestones and/or ruffles can be added for an additional price.
I can also add a layer of vinyl between the layers in order to waterproof the cape. This will be an additional charge.

Payment is due at time of order. I am currently 1 month out for shipping.
Shipping from United States
All items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. All items will have a tracking number which will be provided upon shipping. I can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to the shipping company. It will be extra for overnight shipping.

Due to the fact that these are custom items and can not be resold or reused, refunds are not available once production of the product has begun.
Additional
Cancellation policy: Full refunds will be given to any order cancelled within 24 hours of payment of the order. Any refunds after that will be at 50% due to the fact that all orders are custom orders and can not be resold, only if production of the item has not begun. If production has begun but is not yet completed, refund will be given on a case by case basis.
